Welcome to the HR and You Ltd weekly pay calculator! This tool can be used to easily calculate a person’s weekly wage.

To calculate a person’s weekly wage, insert the hours worked on each relevant day, the person’s total break time during the week and their hourly wage. When inserting the time worked each day include time spent on break, for example if you worked 8 hours on Monday but had a 30-minute break, insert 8 hours into the Monday slot and then add the break time to the break hours slot. While the calculator works using hours, decimals can be used to include minutes (such as 0.5 for 30 minutes or 0.25 for fifteen minutes
