CCTV Policy (Standalone or Handbook)

The CCTV Policy can be used as a standalone policy or inserted into Employee Handbooks, the policy can and must only be used where consent has been obtained (Data Privacy Consent from Data Subjects) should CCTV be in operation a Data Impact Assessment must be carried out in the business and the Data Representative be aware of their obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR) and the business be registered with the ICO The Information Commissioner’s Office.
