General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a European regulation which covers the ways in which an Employer (known as a data controller) is required to collect, store, protect, and destroy personal data about any person or people, including Employees, clients, subcontractors, and other workers. You are required as a business to lay out policies and procedures on how data is to be handled and who is responsible for that data. We have created a series of documents and checklists to help you ensure that data is being handled correctly in accordance with regulations and keep you compliant.

It is important that you comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 a failure to do so could result in a financial penalty from the Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
