As of the Employment Right’s Act of 1996, Employers must provide a ‘Written Statement of Particulars’ or ‘Contract of Employment’. The point of this is to ensure both parties are aware of and in agreement with their notice period, rate of pay, holidays, etc. These written statements must be presented to the Employee on or before the first day of employment.
It is important to remember that an Employee has the right to a more ‘stable’ contract after 8 weeks of employment with you, this document is called a Contract of Employment.
This section contains all the documentation you need to issue Employees with Contracts of Employment, we also include documents and agreements for apprentices, placements, and other workers, including contractors and subcontractors.
